Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@dinky-art.com. Please note that returned items must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As outlined above, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it — unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
